To register please fill out the ACAT 2011 Registration Form.

In order to be able to register you need to have CERN credentials. If you don’t have a CERN account please create an external CERN account using this page CERN External Acount Registration

Early registration deadline: 29 July 2011

Late registration deadline: 20 August 2011

Early registration fee (on or before 29 July 2011) : 420 GBP

Late registration fee (after 29 July 2011, and on or before 20 August 2011):  450 GBP

Accompanying person fee: 220 GBP (deadline 20 August 2011)

The deadlines indicated above are for both online registration and payment of the corresponding fee.

The registration fee includes workshop kit and venues, internet access, refreshments, welcome reception, workshop dinner, and workshop proceedings.

 Accompanying person fee includes access to all social events, including refreshments, welcome reception and workshop dinner.

Payment Details

The payment of  the registration fee and of the  accommodation and meal package can be made through  bank transfer or by credit or debit card.

All payments should be made in GBP.

The participants should ensure all bank charges are paid in addition to the fee and accomodation/meal costs. Brunel University and ACAT organisers will not be liable for any fees.

Please note American Express and Diners cards cannot be accepted.

  • the reference “ACAT workshop”
  • the participant name
  • the amount to be charged (in GBP)
  • the type of the card
  • the sixteen digit numbers on the customers card
  • the expiry date of the card 
  • the cardholders name
  • the billing address of the cardholder.    


Cancellations received on or before 19 August 2011 will be refunded minus a 10% administration charge. No fee or accommodation/meal costs can be refunded for cancellations received on or after 20 August 2011.
