Accommodation and three meals are provided as an accommodation/meal package on Brunel University campus in the conference facilities managed by Brunel Conference Services.

A large number of modern en-suite bedrooms were reserved at the rate of 90 GBP per night.  The reservation is from Sunday 4 September 2011 (includes dinner) until Saturday 10 September 2011 (includes breakfast only). The accommodation/meal package does not include dinner on the evening of the workshop dinner (included in the workshop fee).

This rate includes

  • breakfast in More Food Hall located in Hamilton Centre
  • lunch served in a reserved area in Hamilton Centre – a typical menu can be found here
  • dinner served in a reserved area in  Hamilton Centre – typical menus can be found here
  • toiletries and towels
  • internet point
  • car parking
  • 24 hour check-in (via campus Security between 22:00 – 07:00)

Note: The lunch and dinner menus are varied by the chef every day. The menus indicated are examples only. Special dietary requirements should be indicated on the registration page.

 A limited number of double bedrooms and family/triple rooms (with one double bed and a single bed) are also available. Interested participants should email to check the availability.

Booking of the accommodation/meal package should be made through the registration webpage. Payments should be made in advance, by 29 July (please visit the Registration webpage of this workshop for more information).

Late registered participants who choose the accommodation/meal package should email to check the availability before arranging payments.
